1. Who operates the service
LENISA GROUP LLC operates CloudSalon and CloudBarber. This notice describes how we handle information on the marketing site and in the product today. For privacy questions or requests, email support@cloudsalon.app.
2. Information used by the service
We process account and shop information, staff and service details, customer profiles, appointments, communication preferences, loyalty records, and payment-method or service-ledger entries supplied through the application. Demo requests collect a name, work email, shop name, business street address, optional suite or unit, city, US state, ZIP code, bookable-barber range, selected plan, United States business location confirmation, and an optional phone number. Address fields use format checks only; they are not physically verified. We also use limited technical signals from requests to help prevent misuse of the form.
3. Why information is used
Information supports sign-in, booking, shop operations, customer records, requested communications, demo follow-up, and helping prevent misuse. Business operators are responsible for the permissions and choices required for information they enter and messages they send.
4. Service providers
The application uses Google Firebase for authentication, hosting, database, and file storage, and Resend for transactional and notified email delivery. On cloudsalon.app marketing pages, Google Analytics 4 loads only after you accept optional analytics. It measures public page visits, fixed CTA and support actions, and confirmed demo requests. We exclude form contents, query strings, fragments and referrers from the analytics fields we send. Google also receives technical request information such as your IP address and browser information. In the CloudBarber application (barber.cloudsalon.app), Google Analytics 4 may collect page-view and usage events only when production analytics is configured and enabled. We use analytics to understand usage trends and improve the product. Learn more about Google's data practices. Demo forms do not collect card details or start a paid subscription.
5. Cookies and browser storage
Authentication and application features use browser storage to maintain sessions and reservation progress. Depending on the account flow, local or session storage may retain customer-session information, booking drafts, and verification cooldowns. When application analytics is enabled on the app host, related browser technologies may be used to understand usage trends and improve the product. Marketing analytics is off by default. No Google analytics script or analytics ping is sent before acceptance or after rejection. Your versioned choice is stored in this browser for six months; Cookie settings in the footer lets you change it or withdraw. Withdrawal stops new tracking and clears only our prefixed marketing analytics cookies; it does not delete previously sent data. Global Privacy Control keeps optional marketing analytics off. Advertising is not currently used; future advertising purposes and providers will require a new choice. Your browser provides controls for cookies and stored site data; clearing them may require signing in again or restarting a booking.
6. Requests and retention
Contact support@cloudsalon.app to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your account in our systems. Requests are reviewed manually; we may need to verify your identity before acting. For records managed by an individual shop (for example customer profiles a shop entered), contact that business as well. Retention depends on how the service is used and what is needed to operate and secure the account.
7. Updates
We will update this notice as the service and its data practices change. This notice describes current practices.
